This agreement serves to clarify the payment obligations and the agreement conditions between Peaciva (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") and the client (hereinafter referred to as the "User").
It is standard practice for the Provider to require full payment for services rendered. Under exceptional circumstances, the Provider may permit partial payment, which must account for a minimum of 70% of the total fee. The balance must be cleared before the User can gain access to their website.
By engaging the Provider for web design services, the User agrees to abide by these terms.

The Provider includes, where appropriate, its heirs, assigns, executors, administrators, successors-in-title, and legal or personal representatives. Similarly, the User includes their heirs, assigns, executors, administrators, successors-in-title, and legal or personal representatives. WHEREAS, Peaciva is a freelancer delivering services throughout internationally, providing website creation, design, and launch services to businesses, media houses, and educational institutions, among others. The User acknowledges and accepts the Provider's services.
The Provider's service offerings are subject to acceptance of the terms, conditions, and notices herein, without modifications. The use and access to your website are construed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. The User agrees to use this website in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. Liabilities related to misuse or illegal activities conducted or attempted via the User's website will be borne solely by the User.
Any use of our websites, platforms, or services for scams, fraudulent activities, misrepresentations, or any other illicit purposes is strictly prohibited. Users who engage in, or utilize our websites or services for scamming or any form of illegal activity, will bear the full responsibility and consequences of their actions. Peaciva will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or legal repercussions resulting from such misuse.
Despite every effort being taken to provide current, correct, and clear information during the preparation of the website, inadvertent errors may occur post-design. The Provider disclaims any responsibility for typographical errors and the accuracy of information on the User's webpage.
By utilizing the Provider's services, the User assumes all risks associated with the use of their website, including but not limited to potential damages from viruses, software, or other harmful files transmitted or activated via the User's website.
The User acknowledges that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between them and the Provider as a result of this Agreement. The User agrees not to misrepresent themselves as a representative or employee of the Provider. The Provider will not be held liable for any actions or omissions by the User.
Any disputes or claims arising out of this agreement will be settled by Arbitration in Nigeria in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of 2004 unless resolved by both parties within 14 days. The arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English.
This agreement embodies the entire understanding between the User and the Provider concerning website design services and supersedes any prior communications or proposals. The agreement includes all other notices, policies, disclaimers, and other terms related to website design. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and any other terms, the terms of this Agreement will prevail.
